A slow blowing fuse. These fuses are perfect for tube amplifiers.
Tubes have a power surge when they are cold and briefly require more current.
Fast blowing fuses were designed for solid-state (transistorized) equipment that needed swifter protection, usually a fraction of a second.
Fast blow fuses are not necessary for tube gear.
